Refund policy

Because each n'Grained piece is crafted by hand, return options vary slightly depending on the type of piece purchased. Thanks for understanding-and always feel free to reach out if you have questions.


Ready to Ship Pieces

These pieces are not personalized and may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging included

NOTE

  • Return shipping is customer responsibility
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Exchanges are preferred, though should we agree on a refund, they will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and reviewed


Personalized Pieces

Personalized pieces are considered made-to-order, and are final sale.

That said, if your piece arrives damaged from transit, or something isn't quite right, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery (with photos), and I'll happily help make it right!


Customized Pieces

Fully custom pieces (including custom n'Capsule collection pieces) are final sale due to the time, materials, and collaborative nature involved in creating them.

If there is ever an issue with the craftsmanship or damage in transit, reach out within 48 hours of delivery (with photos), and I'll do my best to help with a solution.


Repairs + Crafts(wo)manship

I stand behind my work. If a piece experiences true craftsmanship issue within 6 months of purchase, please contact me (with photos). Normal wear, accidents, or improper care are not covered, but I'm always happy to discuss repair options when possible!


Start a Return/Exchange

All returns incur a 20% re-stock fee. To request a return or exchange, email hannah@hngrained.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The name of your piece
  • A brief note of the issue
  • Photos of issue (and packaging if it was damaged in transit)
