Welcome to Hannah n'Grained. By visiting this site or purchasing from my shop, you agree to the following terms. I've kept them as clear and human as possible-if you ever have questions, please contact me.

Overview

This website is operated by n'Grained. Throughout the site, the terms "I", "we", and "my" refer to n'Grained. By accessing this site or purchasing a piece, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

Products + Craftsmanship

Each piece is thoughtfully crafted by hand, by me. Because of this, slight variations in texture, color, and/or finish are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered flaws.

 

Pricing + Payments

All prices are listed in U.S dollars. Prices may change due to material costs or availability. Payment is required at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Shopify. I never store or see your full payment details.

 

Shipping Terms

Processing times vary and are noted in listings. Once an order ships, n'Grained is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside of my control.

 

Returns + Exchanges

Intellectual Property + Use of Work

All designs, jewelry pieces, illustrations, photography, artwork, and written content, featured on this site are the original work of n'Grained and are protected by U.S international copyright laws. 

This includes-but not limited to-product designs, textures, forms, hand-painted artwork, collection concepts, product names, and original imagery.

PROHIBITED USE

Without explicit written permission, the following are not permitted:

  • Copying or reproducing designs or product concepts
  • Using images or descriptions for resale, duplication, or mass production
  • Listing n'Grained designs (or close imitations) on marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, or other platforms
  • Using n'Grained content to train artificial intelligence (AI) models, image generators, or automated design systems
  • Republishing content for commercial or promotional use

Unauthorized use may result in takedown request(s), legal action, or both.

LIMITED PERSONAL SHARING

Customers are welcome (and encouraged) to share photos of their own purchased pieces on social media for personal, non-commercial use, with credit to @hngrained whenever possible. Thank you for supporting handmade work!

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are fevered by the laws of the United States and the state in which n'Grained operates.
