Thank you for supporting my handmade work! Below you'll find details on how and when your n'Grained piece will make its way to you.

Processing Time

Each piece is crafted and packed with care. Processing times vary depending on the item (Ready to ship, Personalized, Custom) and will always be noted in the product listing.

Ready-to-Ship pieces: typically ship within 3-5 business days

Personalized/Made-to-Order: typically ship within 1-2 weeks

Fully Custom pieces: timelines are discussed during the design process

Shipping Methods

All orders ship via USPS Flat Rate, unless otherwise arranged prior to submitting order. Tracking information will be provided once an order ships, via email provided in order submission.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S)

n'Grained currently ships within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, n'Grained is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside my control.

 

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, it will be noted at checkout. 

NOTE

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Delivery timelines vary by country and customs processing

n'Grained is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or fees incurred once a package inters international customs.

 

Lost or Delayed

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, n'Grained is not responsible for lost or stolen goods/packages.

If your tracking shows an issue or your package appears lost in transit, please contact me and I'll do my best to help file a claim or locate the shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. n'Grained is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate address information and reshipping costs.

 

Packaging

All pieces are carefully packaged to protect them in transit and ready for gifting when they arrive.
