Gift cards are final sale.
Unfortunately gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards do not expire, however are only redeemable while n'Grained is actively in business.
When making a purchase, if your order total is less than the balance on the gift card, that remaining amount stays on card for future use.
When making a purchase, if your order total exceeds the gift card amount, an additional form of payment should be submitted to cover the balance.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
